The Short Course

Welcome to The Short Course.  It’s made up of the 3 sections … the audio  links shown below.  Each section takes you a little farther in the process of moving from stress into Flow.   You’ll get the most benefit by going through these clips sequentially.  If you haven’t yet listened to  the brief introduction on “The Two Keys” page, I suggest that you do so first.  It will give you a clearer idea about this whole process.
